This week I received my Young Living Premium Starter Kit and man oh man it was love at first sight!!! This amazing starter kit comes with 11 every day essential oils, a diffuser, a ton of awesome samples (I will break them down later on), and amazing resources on how to use your essential oils and other great information.

Since receiving my kit I have started diffusing my oils everyday-pretty much all day long! I immediately bought a second diffuser that can move rooms with us throughout the day and we could have one main diffuser in the living room. Based on my mood, my son's mood, and my husband's I will decide which oils to diffuse. My husband even requested on for his office (he's in the military so just imagine that!)
Our morning wake up diffusion consists of Lemon and Peppermint.
As we move through the day we switch to Joy and Peppermint.
Towards the end of our day I use Stress Away and Peppermint to help uplift and unwind from our busy day.
At night I diffuse straight lavender to promote sweet dreams and calming!
