Essential Oils To-Go

So it's that awful time of the year again, training mission time. Every summer it's a different training for my husband. Last summer it was 5 weeks-this summer only 3!

This will be the first time my husband has left since we have entered the world of essential oils so I felt I needed to prepare him the best I knew how!

The arsenal of supplies I sent with my husband.
Homemade anti dandruff shampoo
Thieves roll on to protect his immune system
Happy roller blend for when he is feeling sad
Focus roller blend for when he needs an extra boost of concentration
Sleepy Spray to help him sleep better at night (he is used to a diffuser nightly)

Homemade shampoo: this recipe is SUPER simple and helps my husband with his dry, itchy scalp.
Ingredients
*canned coconut milk
*liquid castile soap
*Young Livings rosemary & tea tree essential oils

I used mostly the solid coconut milk from the can with just a tablespoon of the liquid underneath (about 6 tablespoons total) and mixed it with 6 tablespoons of liquid castile soap. I then added in about 10 drops of rosemary and 10 drops of tea tree ( I would have added in a few peppermint because he likes the feeling of it but my new order hadn't come in so I didn't have it on hand)
That's it. I put it in small travel bottles I got for $.97 at Walmart for easy travel.
